[JAWS-Users] How to remove Paragraph Mark from A Word Document

Hello all.
I am currently using Jaws 11, Windows XP and Word 7.
Incidentally, from time to time I share my computer with a sighted user.
Today, for some reason, I notice that all my Word documents say "Paragraph 
Mark" even though I nor the other person know what was done to insert this mark.
Question: how do I remove this paragraph mark?
