I found a solution to the Research it feature for Jaws 11. I
couldn't get the "Business" look up feature to work. I talked with
Freedom yesterday. They told me to install jaws 12 and copy toe
rules file for the research it feature to Jaws 11. Then I
uninstalled Jaws 12 and now Research it works great. I hope this makes sense.
