Hi Pedro, when you are sitting on the word or when you have it selected, press your applications key and arrow down and you will find the thesaurus. Press your right arrow key to open the list. Arrow down through the choices and press enter on the word you want to choose. Word automatically makes the change and puts you right back into your document. I hope this helps, this is the way I do it. Also using the application key will allow you to make changes to other things as well. I know that before I went to Jaws 12 and the virtual ribbons I used the application key a lot in Word 2007. God bless... James Flusche
