All versions of jaws 12 and possibly 11 cant remember. Windows seven 64 bit.
Pressing Insert j and then the letter A to go to the about information reads me the inrormation and then when I press escape I have lost focus.
Pressing Insert J going to help and then clicking on Check for updates brings me to the UAC enquiring is I wish to let jaws in. I press yes I have now lost focus, I have to Alt tab to the jaws update screen, I guess some people may think nothing happened.
I have had this problem for a long time wondered if anyone could advise if perhaps I have some setting not quite right or if this is a common issue.
