Hello,

In Outlook 2010 there are two buttons in a separate pane called "normal" and
"reading." If the "reading" button is selected then the navigation pane is
minimized. The effect is that the folder list is not shown and you have a
list of messages in your current folder. If your folder list is not showing
then try using function key 6 until you find the pane with those two
buttons. You will find a search pane, the ribbons and message list when you
use F6 but keep pressing it until you hear either "normal button" or
"reading button." Use tab key to move around the pane. If the "reading"
button is selected then click or press spacebar on the "normal button."
Your folder list should return.

Your sort order can be controlled by using the "view settings" button under
the view tab of the ribbon. When you open the view settings dialog, you can
tab to the button for sorting and press spacebar on it. You can select your
primary and secondary "sort by" in that dialog as well as the sort order for
the "sort by" selection.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Office 2010 problem

Hi everyone,

When I used to open office 2010 I had my messages listed there by date
received last received first

Somehow I changed the view. I now have opened up somehow this other view
that shows the

Message on the left and opens it to read on te right. Can someone help me
get back to view of last message received.

Thanks in advance.

Doug
