You are welcome, I use the Windows zip utility for .zip files,
and use 7 Zip for everything else.

I would choose 7-zip over WinRar though, I just find it easier to work
with.

you can,
press the letter H until you hear;
File Management Utilities
Now you should see the files your looking to download.
