I am not prompted for a password, but cannot extract the installer from the
zip file. Tried both Windows and WinRar with no success.

According to my news letter Justin is giving away a free copy of his
planner program which I have just obtained, but there is a problem. It
seems to require a password to unlock the zip archive which he did not
provide. Has anybody else run in to this difficulty?
