> Hi, I'm not sure if my first message went through so sorry if it already has.
> I'm using JAWS 11 and Windows 7 with Office 2003. I have just built my own
machine and JAWS isn't reading Microsoft Word documents when I use the arrow
keys. I can read them using the JAWS cursor. The same applies to IE8. I am
unable to use the arrow keys now to read back what I'm writing. It just says
blank. It reads other edit fields ok. It sometimes doesn't read notepad
documents but if I maximise the window then that usually fixs it. I've tried
JAWS 12 demo and that doesn't say anything at all when I use the arrow keys
in Word. I've also done a repair install and I've made sure the mirror driver
for freedom scientific is showing up in device manager. Any help would
be greatly appreicated as I don't want to have to downgrade to Windows XP cos
of this.

Thank you,
