[JAWS-Users] Dragon NS Premium with Screenreader

Is it possible for a totally blind screenreader user to work with 
Dragon Naturally Speaking Premium without the use of third party 
middleware such as j-say or j-tools?

Is jaws able to echo back the text that is dictated  and read DNS 
dialogues such as the spelling corrections? Has anyone written 
scripts for jaws to interact with DNS without any middleware?
