Hello,
Wondered if someone on the list can tell me how to reauthorize Jaws 12 as have tried both with an authorization cd from an earlier version with no success and also by retrieving the license code from FS Activate with no success as keep getting an error about server not being accessible or down not connected to the internet which am. So any ideas and or suggestions on what's going wrong? This occurred of course when installed new hardware. Thanks.
