From any application: enter the JAWS Dictionary manager with JAWSKey+d,
then press ctrl+shift+d to enter the Default JAWS Dictionary manager.
Now press alt-a for Add.... In the "Word to Replace, Edit" type Mich.
Press the tab key. In the "Replacement, edit" type meesh. Save your
change(s) with ctrl+s for Save. Alt-F4.
