There is no "OE2003". there is an Outlook 2003. Which is it?
If it's Outlook Express, from the message list go to the Tools | Options
| Read tab control, ctrl+tab, press tab key, come to checkbox "read all
messages in plain text" and, if checked, uncheck it by pressing
spacebar.
If it's not OE6, then change the subject line.

Hi all. I am running IE 8and OE 2003. I am unable to click on links
and have them oapin in my web browser. I used to be able to do this
