Hi list. I have JAWS 9 punctuation set to "most",, but sometimes, for no apparent reason, it resets to "none" without any intervention on my part. So I set it back to "most" again on the JAWS Voices Global Adjustments submenu, but a few days later, the same thing happens. This usually occurs while I'm surfing the web, and it has become very annoying. What's going on, and is there any way to prevent it? Thanks.
