I second that thought on Microsoft speech recognition.
A tip on training it when on tutorial or in other sessions. Put jaws in say all mode and you will hear just what it wants you to say.
I use it a lot with Microsoft flight sim x and It's your plane.
I even got a friend of mine with hand motion problems trying it out.
