Get a sighted person to uninstall it.

Hi all:
I have Caspersky but my windows machine had to do a system restore and
that either corrupted or deleted Kaspersky's black list of program
licenses so now it keeps annoying me with a pop up and I can't fix it
because its inaccessible and I can't uninstall it because it won't
respond.
How can I fix this?
