you mean the Jaws that installed in your computer right? you have to uninstall it first. press start menu then P then J for your Jaws version that you wanna uninstall. then press T for tools sub menu. then you can find the uninstall in there. after uninstall it. go to my computer. then go to your c drive. then programme files. then freedom scientific. then Jaws then delete the folder that the Jaws version you wanna remove. then go to the C drive again. then document and settings then find the application and data then go to the freedom scientific folder. then Jaws folder, then remove the version that you wanna remove. hope that's help Ming msn/window live messenger [email protected] skype: chungchiming9950
