One issue I experienced with JFW 12 and Firefox 4.0 was that Jaws would get
into some funky virtual cursor mode and I would have to toggle with the
insert+z command to get out of it. Jaws would say "application mode on" and
JFW would behave as though the virtual cursor was off. After toggeling it
though, Jaws would say "application mode off" and I could get around the
page fine.

But as JFW 12 in general gave me more headaches than I found worth it, I
have since gone back to JFW 11. I still get that weird Application mode
thing from time to time though. So who knows, it may be a Firefox thing or
maybe I have some shared component file floating around that I didn't get
rid of when I uninstalled JFW 12 from my system.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] problem with jaws and fire fox

Hello everyone,
I have just downloaded firefox to my lap top. For some reason, I can not
read anything with the arrow keys. I can tab, and jaws will read the links,
but it just appears that the page isn't displaying properly. Any
suggestions? Should I uninstall firefox and install it again. Any special
place to download it that is best. I am using windows 7 home premium and
jaws 12.
