The one I have is, and it goes about 40ft before dropping connection.
The headset is accessible and the software is also for main functions. There are some unlabeled buttons, but it don't effect main setup.
I got them at Amazon for about half off and needed 2 of them so it was a deal.
The battery lasts about 10 hours and it tells you when its 1 hour from needing a charge.

What type of logitech headset do you have.
Just hooked up their g930 and everything switched for me, didn't have
to change settings except on the mic.
