How much RAM do you have in this unit? And are you running 32 or 64 win 7? Robin East

I updated my Acer Aspire M 1202 Vista OS to windows seven about two weeks ago. I have choppy speech in some places, the search box on the start menu will not pull up results until I have the whole word typed in most of the time. Most of the time I just type in part of the word I am looking for, and up and down arrow until it shows up. I have been working with freedom Scientific tech. support level two. They think that it is my video card, they think it needs updated. When talking with the store, they say that it is the same video card that came with the computer. I was wondering if anyone could help me on the list or off the list to correct this problem. I am out of ideas about what to try next. As far as I know, I have the latest video card for this computer. I totally removed jaws and all of its shared components and reinstalled jaws and updated it to the latest version. Any help would e appreciated, thanks and god bless all of you.
