I have windows 7, outlook 2010 and latest jaws and I am having a big problem inoutlook with jaws loosing focus. Have any of you had this problem and if so, what did you do to correct problem ? The only way I can get jaws focus back is to do a hard shutdown and reboot. I would appreciate any suggestions or help in anyway on this. Thanks much,
