Go to the line in question and twice quickly do a say line command. That
should work if it is a line of dashes.

I followed your instructions, and they make perfect sense to me, I have seen

the same thing somewhere else.

But JAWS does not say anything when it gets to the lines I drew, so I do not

really know if the lines are there or not!
