dear sir, I would like to suggest you to unstall the jaws, delete the freedomscientific folder in c:\program files, delete the freedomscientific components in regedit to do that 1 go to run type regedit and press enter 2 press downarrow untill narrator says h k e y local mission 3 press right arrow to open 4 press down arro untill narrator says softwares 5 press enter 6 press f to get freedomscientific key then press delete key it will ask you for a conformation press y then restart your computer and install jaws
