This problem is not unique to JAWS 12. It has been an ongoing bug since at
least JAWS 8. If you want to be sure that the cut, copy and paste commands
have been successfully executed, then select these options from the context
menu instead of using the appropriate Windows hot keys. Unloading and
relaunching JAWS also seems to fix the problem.

Sometimes, I have noticed that JAWS does this. You just have to know you
have done it and try the to paste it.

Guess so, because it does it on mine. Its only after a reboot and
then only for a short time does it say it.
