Hello Donnie,

When the focus is in the list of messages in your inbox, use alt+F followed
by Alt+T to move into the Outlook 2010 options dialog box. The cursor
should be in a list of categories. Press the end key to move to the trust
center category. Press alt+T to use the settings button for the trust
center. The cursor will be in a list of categories. Use up or down arrow
key until you find the automatic downloads category. Use tab key to a
checkbox that says "Don't download pictures automatically in HTML Email
messages or RSS feeds." The checkbox should not be checked. Use spacebar
to uncheck it if it is checked and if you want to allow pictures in your
Email messages. Tab to the OK button and press spacebar. Continue to tab
to an OK button and press spacebar until out of the dialog boxes.

Take care.

Using JAWS 12, Windows 7 and Outlook 2010, I am finding that I am not
getting pictures or graphics that are sent to my email. What can I do to
allow pictures and graphics?
