Hello Donnie,

If links are not showing in your received files, one place you might check
is the Email security page of the trust center.  When focus is in the list
of messages in a folder such as the inbox, use Alt+F followed by Alt+T to
bring up the options categories list.  Press end key to move to the trust
center tab.  Use Alt+T to go into the trust center settings.  Press E to
move to the Email security category.  Use tab key across the choices until
you find a checkbox that says "read all standard mail in plain text."  If it
is checked then remove the checkmark by pressing spacebar.  Tab to OK and
use spacebar.  Continue to tab to the OK button and press spacebar until
dialog boxes are closed.
