First, with an open browser session I can alt-tab away to another open app and alt-tab back and jaws will fail to load browse mode unless I press insert-esc to refresh. Second, when I open excel no excel settings are loaded. Pressing insert-q announces default settings are loaded. I cannot navigate excel and only hear numbers in sequence such as 1, 2, 3, etc as I arrow up and down. Can anyone direct me toward a solution?
