Hi Again Flor, You are right on about that screen that says, "screen-reader users, turn off google instant ." I must of inadvertently turned it off while I was playing around with settings on this computer, because I got on my other desktop computer, was able to find that screen, turn it off, & now that computer is working correctly as well! Damn, I didn't even get to kickk it! LOL LOL
