it is now known as the Settings Center. Open the Settings Center with
JAWSkey+6. Now press shift+tab to the Applications combo box; and then
type 'ku' as in, Kurzweil1000. then, press the tab key twice to get to
the list of settings groups. you want Miscellaneous, so find it in the
list and then right-arrow into it. In the Advanced settings there the
first one may be toggled, as others, with the spacebar.
