I tried to install the drivers for DecTalk Express on my vista Lenovo laptop
but could not get it to work.
What do I have to do to get this running?

You mean the express I imagine, as the internal cards are so out of date
that they would never work on modern systems. I haven't noticed anything
like that for quite a long time. I doubt you would find a new unit but
possibly something used might come along from the almost 600 members of
this
list.
Actually I know somebody who recently retired his express, contact me off
list for anything further on it.
