Hello Cris, When you use CTRL+Shift+function key 5, the bookmarking dialog box appears. The add button is not in it until you start typing in the name of the bookmark in the edit box. After typing in the name you can tab to the add button and use spacebar. Remember not to leave spaces between words in the bookmark name.

I've poked around the Jaws help files and know the keystroke command for listing bookmarks and so on, but on actually inserting one, I'm drawing a blank.
