HI Elf, I have Automatic Downloads set at, Download updates for me, but let me choose when to install them. I haven't had any problems using this setting in the 2 years or so, that I have been running MSSE. I did notice that MSSE does update daily if not more often. I have installed that Ninite program so, we'll see how that works, & I will check on it, manually, more often. Thank you very much for your input & reply. Take care. Mike
