yes. U need to change the sound card being used via the Jaws utilities menu and then going to sound cardselection list. You may have to do this often and that is normal when you choose between the PC sound card and the external speaker.

When I try to play the audio either in my headphones or PC speakers I get no sound. However, if I plug in my USB speakers the audio playback is fine. Also, I am able to play the audio file in my headphones or PC speakers using any other media player I have on my computer. Any ideas what's happening here?
