If you press ctrl+shift+c, in windows live mail, it takes you to add a new contact, you can't delete contact their. If you want to delete contac, you press ctrl+3, this places you in the contacts list, Highlight the contact you wish to remove, Press applications key, up arrow and enter on delete.
