Alt F, up arrow a couple of times and the options menu should be there. It is on the "office" menu reached with the alt F. Before, I could find it in the list view. I have tried the list view, alt plus F, Alt plus V, Insert plus V and applications list but can't find it. I would appreciate it if someone could refresh my memory or give me any suggestions. I have found the options menu very useful in outlook 2010. Also I am using the virtual ribbon.
