Hello; In MSOutlook2010 I do the following to create a distribution list,
Open outlook; Now I press ctrl+3=contacts, Next I press, Alt+h=uper ribbon home tab, Now I press the letter c=contact, and g=group, I land in a edit field, so I type the name of the group, Next I use the keystroke; Alt+h=upper ribbon home tab, Now I press, C=contact, M=member, Now I see; >From Outlook ContactsC >From Address BookA New E-mail ContactE Here you make your choice, Hope this helps.
