You are probably correct in the upgrade part. All worked ok in JAWS 12 however. I was hoping to wait to upgrade in 2014 when XP is no longer supported by Microsoft and at that time I would upgrade our computer systems, Windows operating system (whatever # they are up to at that point) and the MS Office program.
