Hello Ming, Please make sure that you are in the right Winamp pane when you're adjusting the volume.
The volume up and down keys only work in the Winamp main window. Try control+tab to go around the Winamp panes until you get to the Winamp main window. The easiest way to figure out which is the Winamp main window if Jaws isn't telling you is to try to turn up the volume or turn it down after each press of control+tab.
