I frequently have this problem with my inbox in Outlook 2007 and 2010 when using JAWS 11 and 12. I have never been able to figure out what causes it nor what makes it disappear. I've contacted Freedom and got the standard response of "it is not a JAWS problem, but rather your computer or Outlook." I've not noticed the problem in my Outlook contacts, but I have seen it in other Outlook mail folders. I also frequently have problems in Outlook mail folders where JAWS will read the name of the e-mail sender and the size of the message, but nothing else such as subject and date/time. The information is there on the screen, but JAWS will not read it. It is an intermittent problem.
