Press Space Bar on this option. It opens a dialog. The help message for
that item explains that you need to use space to select this option.

I just tried opening the Punctuation option in the settings center but
every time I hit enter on it the program closes out on me. Has this
happened to anybody else? It looks like I might have my first bug.
