Graham, all you need to do, while on the message, is hit the applications key and the letter J. This puts you in your junk submenu. Arrow up and down and put the sender on your safe list and hit enter. You can also arrow down to mark as not junk and hit enter and messages from that sender will no longer be sent to your junk folder.
