You can remove the key from your old system but in order to put a key on the
new unit you will have to retrieve another key from FS. You can not simply
port a key from system 1 to system 2 any longer since ILM is the
authorization method of choice these days.

Hello all, I ordered myself a new laptop and now I'm wondering can I take
the Jaws authorization key off my old laptop and put same on my new laptop,
or isn't it worth the trouble.
