Hello List I am waiting for my new laptop. How does one deactivate jaws on the old one to activate it on the new one? There is a "activate" item in the help menu but nothing about deactivation. If you go to the start menu, all programs, then go to jaws whatever version you use. Go to the tools menu then find where it says remove ilm authorization key and press enter say yes to the question.
