Kathy,

At any time you can check the "wrap" box in the cell format dialog box.  You
can do this cell by cell, or you can select multiple cells at a time and
then check the wrap option.

Try using auto-fit column width and wrap text commands and then print your
spread sheet to see how it looks.  Hope this helps.

In a particular colun, each cell is set 215 inches wide, but when I print it
cuts part of my words off. I have a total of 12 words in this particular
cell. If I use wrap will that take care of it.
