I am using jaws v12 an have not installed beta v13. However, if somebody has
beta v13 installed could they see if the OCR feature solves this issue and
report back?

I couldn't get very far on this one either even with the jaws cursor. I'd
call them and explain that their web site is not much good--no pricing,
