Yes, it does work on Win 7. You can add up to two additional clocks.
Press Win + b, find the clock, do JAWS to PC and you can right-click
on the clock. Alternatively, you can add a click from Control Panel.

But there is something I have never been able to figure out. David,
would you shed some light on how to see the additional clock? JAWS key
+ f12 does not do that, I know, and I don't know how to see the other
clock. Even with JAWS cursor, I can not find the added clock. Sorry
... I must be such a dummy.

I am on Win 7 with JFW 12.
