HI,
I must apologize, I just came down with strep throat yesterday and have been under the weather. Slept most of the day. First thing in the morning I will try the survey on my lap top which is Windows 10. My home computer is XP, so maybe that is the reason.
Talk to you tomorrow.

On my HP laptop, J 12 with Win 7 worked well without any setting changes, except the ones I usually make, like getting rid of mouse over, unless I need it for a web site. ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]>

I am using windows 7 with service pack 1 and Jaws Version 12.0.1170. I have just come from Windows XP and Jaws 9 and am having difficulties making this adjustment. Are there any particular sttings changes that I should make on the computer to help?
