Robin, Can't answer the question you posed but I'm curious if you are using Outlook 2003 and 2010 on the same machine? If so, how are you doing this and how is it differentiating your outlook.pst file?

The issue is when in the inbox of Outlook one can delete a message and instead of going to the next message the previous message is announced. So one has to always arrow down once to open up the next message.I am using Outlook 2003 as well as outlook 2010 and the behaviour I have with windows 7 in both cases is when I delete a message focus goes to the next message not the previous message.
