hello. I'm having too much trouble with JAWS responsiveness and readability with emails that are rich text with a bunch of links and graphics and such. I'd like to set outlook 2007 which I'm using such that it opens all emails irrespective of whiter the mail was in rich text and riddled with links and stuff, as plain text. Would really appreciate the path to go to from the Outlook menu to get to the place to set this preference.
