Hello there;

Try the following;

1, enter on computer,

Or, you can press,

Windows-key+e

2, now press alt+t=tools, O=options;

3, shift+tab you will hear;
General tab,

4, now right arrow you will hear;
View tab,
Now tab until you hear;
Files and folders opened,

5, now press the letter "h" until you hear;
Hide extensions for known file types
If it's on, press the spacebar to turn it off,

And then tab to okay.

Hi All.

I have just set up two laptops – greedy huh – but my folder extensions like mp3 
etc are not showing please will someone remind me how to do this?  I am using 
Windows 7 on both laptops.
