I am also using jaws 12 and have been having trouble with send space links.
I get around it by going to the link and then using the application key and
go to open and that will open a new page.

I use SendSpace on the web rather than the Wizard. I can no longer create
new folders. When I click the "Create new folder" link, it doesn't work. I
am using JAWS 12 and JAWS 11 with IE 8. Neither one will read the page
correctly, with JAWS 12 reading even less than JAWS 11.
I wrote to Sendspace and asked about this problem and below is the answer
they sent. My questions are regarding the Java Script issue they
mentioned,
as well as any JAWS settings I may need to change to get it to read the
edit
box. How can I make sure that JAVA scripting is turned on correctly? Here
is
the SendSpace reply:
You go to My Files and click on 'Create New'. If nothing happens when you
do
that, please try with another browser because it may be a JavaScript
issue.
What is supposed to happen is that a box appears where you will enter the
new
folder name.
Once you create and select a folder then we show the link for the folder
options.
Once you have a folder created, if you click on a file name, an edit box
appears
and you can change the folder it is in.
